JOB SUMMARY
The T-Car Operator is responsible for following all safety rules and practices, reading factory orders, converting schedules and other documents to learn customer requirements.
3rd shift Mon-Fri 11p-7a overtime and weekends as needed

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
* Operation of T-car and conveyors in a safe manner
* Locate stock before the start of run
* Deliver appropriate stock to appropriate machines
* Maintain neat, orderly and safe stacks of stock in storage area
* Pull masters as needed
* Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs
* Communicate with supervision problems with load building off of corrugator stackers
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping
* Keep conveyor systems and designated areas clean
* Must be forklift certified for loading units onto conveyor system
* Learn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures. Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. Promptly reports incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions or processes. SWR employees regardless of level, position or tenure are responsible for upholding the safety standards regulations and policies.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
* High school diploma or GED
* Able to speak, read, comprehend, and write legibly in English
* In good physical condition, i.e., able to lift 25-50# on a consistent basis
* Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy
* Prior work experience in the corrugated industry, preferred
* Basic computer skills, preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
To successfully perform the essential functions of this role it requires the ability to: stand occasionally, walk frequently, frequent use of hands (reach with hands and arms), view computer monitor, use telephone, speak and listen frequently. The role requires occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
