    What** **You Will Do** **:

    The SETA Support Specialist will perform program/project management support to diverse technical teams within our Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) client. Strong communication skills are essential as they will be responsible to prepare technical papers and presentations to senior leaders.

    What You Will Need** **:

    + An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

    + Master's Degree in STEM

    + FIVE (5) or more years' experience managing or leading technical teams

    + THREE (3) or more years' experience with modeling software/languages (e.g. MATLAB, Python) to support problem analysis and simulations

    + Experience in signal processing techniques

    What Would Be Nice To Have** **:

    + An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance

    + Background in signal processing techniques specifically in ONE (1) or more of the following:

    + track before detect algorithms

    + synthetic tracking

    + velocity-space search

    + estimation and multi-target tracking

    + infrared search and track (IRST)

    + multi-frame integration
