    Enterprise Account Executive – AI &Machine Learning

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven EnterpriseAccount Executive who is excited about AI & Machine Learning to leadoutreach and growth in this fast-evolving space.

     

    In this high-impact role,you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging new enterprise customers,with a focus on showcasing Lionbridge’s cutting-edge AI data solutions. You’llbring energy, resilience, and curiosity into every conversation—helping clientstranslate technical possibilities into meaningful business outcomes. This is the ideal role for a motivatedself-starter who wants to be at the forefront of a fast-growing industry and iscurious and creative in their approach to grow revenue.

    What You Will Do

    + Proactively identify, research, and engage new enterpriseprospects across a defined territory or vertical.

    + Build a healthy, opportunity-rich pipeline by reaching newbuyers and initiating conversations around AI data and training services.

    + Own the full AI sales cycle. From prospecting and discovery to solutionpresentation, negotiation, and close – strategically leverage each stage toadvance the sale and close deals.

    + Present Lionbridge’s AI solutions in a compelling andconsultative way, customizing value propositions for client-specific use cases.

    + Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and machine learning,using insights to tailor outreach and open doors with relevance.

    + Collaborate closelywith Sales and internal/external Operations teams to drive successful outcomesand foster strong relationships.

    + Provide accurate forecasting and sales reporting, contributingto overall strategy and planning.

    + Act as a brandambassador for Lionbridge, always representing the company with professionalismand integrity

    To Be Successful You Will Have

    + Proven experience in enterprise sales, with a strongpreference for experience selling AI/ML services or data-centric technologysolutions.

    + Ability to communicate business-outcome differentiatedvalue that solves customer pain points.

    + A hunter mindset with demonstrated success in prospecting,engaging new accounts, and opening doors to high-level decision makers.

    + Confidence in navigating complex organizations and leadingmulti-stakeholder sales conversations while fostering trust and credibility.

    + Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability toidentify and capitalize on opportunities for revenue growth in the AI sector.

    + Ability to balance persistence and adaptability—knowingwhen to push, pivot, or personalize your approach.

    + Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and othersales tools to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance.

    + High level of energy, curiosity, and resilience in the faceof ambiguity and changing market dynamics.

    + A genuine passion for AI, data, and emergingtechnologies—and the creativity to connect them to business needs.

    + Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings andindustry engagements.
