Occupational Therapist (OT) – $75/hr Local OR $3,439/week Travel – Fillmore, CA

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide evaluations and therapy services for students from Preschool through Post-Secondary. This role includes performing assessments, implementing therapy plans, and documenting services in accordance with individualized plans of care.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Fillmore, CA

+ Start Date: January 5, 2026

+ End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week

+ Duration: 20 weeks

+ Pay Options:

+ Local Rate: $75/hour

+ Travel Package: $3,439/week

+ Caseload: Approximately 70 students (mild to severe needs)

+ Support: COTA available

+ Modality: In-person

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans

+ Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders

+ Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with district and state guidelines

+ Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams

Requirements:

+ Current California OT license

+ One year of prior professional OT experience preferred

+ School-based experience required

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Current CPR, TB questionnaire, and health certificate if applicable

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
