    Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – $50/hr – Lakewood, WA

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a school-based team in Lakewood, WA. The SLPA will assist the Speech Language Pathologist in providing speech and language services, including clinical, educational, documentation, and treatment activities within the scope of care assigned by the supervising SLP.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Lakewood, WA

    + Start Date: January 5, 2026

    + End Date: June 10, 2026

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM (30-min lunch)

    + Duration: 18 weeks

    + Pay Rate: $50/hour

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist SLP with treatment and therapy sessions

    + Support documentation and educational activities

    + Work within assigned plan of care

    Requirements:

    + Graduate of an SLPA program (Associate’s) or Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders

    + Current SLPA license in Washington

    + Completion of 100 hours supervised field work

    + One year of experience preferred

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
