Behavior Technician – Make a Difference Today!

Pay Rate: $19 – $25 per hour

Are you passionate about helping children and adults with special needs succeed? Join our team as a Behavior Technician and play a vital role in facilitating educational and behavioral services. You’ll collaborate with school professionals and behavioral specialists to achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals.

What You’ll Do

+ Provide 1:1 and classroom support for students K–12

+ Assist with behavioral and educational interventions

+ Ensure a safe and supportive environment for learning

+ Perform diapering/toileting as needed

Minimum Requirements

+ High School diploma or equivalent

+ Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Reliable transportation for some assignments

Additional Details

+ FILL-IN Coverage Only – This is not an ongoing position

+ Must be comfortable accepting same-day assignments

+ Assignments may vary across school sites (K–12)
