Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time

Schedule: Part-Time - 20 hours a week

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide part-time support to students and staff in Culver City. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate in a specialized educational environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide behavioral support and consultation to students and staff

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop intervention plans

- Supervise and train staff implementing ABA strategies

- Monitor progress and write comprehensive reports

- Collaborate with IEP teams and school personnel

Requirements:

- Active BCBA Certification (required)

- Experience in school or nonpublic school settings preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
