As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operational aspects of our organization's physical facilities. This position is essential in ensuring that facilities are well-maintained, safe, and fully functional. You will oversee the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and stores functions within Honeywell. You will provide guidance to direct reports on clearly defined objectives. You will manage the team to meet the customers' needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost, and quality. You will build up team capability and lead continuous improvements.

Your leadership and guidance to the facilities team will foster a safe and productive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity. Your expertise in facilities management will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise and provide guidance to a team of maintenance professionals, including technicians and support staff, to ensure efficient and effective operations
+ Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and strategies
+ Manage the maintenance aspects of facility operations
+ Participate in budget planning and manage allocated funds for maintenance activities
+ Ensure facilities adhere to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
+ Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services
+ Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans for facilityrelated incidents
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance
+ Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
+ Proven leadership and management skills
+ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
+ Experience with budget management
