    As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll bring the magic to life across the aquarium — from greeting guests at Admissions to adding sparkle in Retail, Events, Birthdays, Food & Beverage, and more! Every shift is a chance to create unforgettable memories in a playful, safe, and exciting environment.

     

    • **What You’ll Do:**

    + Spread joy, energy, and big Merlin smiles

    + Make meaningful connections with guests of all ages

    + Keep areas looking great and ready for adventure

    + Help manage lines safely while keeping the fun alive

    + Follow opening, closing, and safety procedures

    + Deliver top-tier service with a splash of magic

     

    Qualifications & Experience

    About You

    + 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.

    + Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.

    + Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.

    + Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.

    + Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.

    + Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
