INTRODUCTION and WHAT YOU WILL DO (Job Responsibilities)

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Continuous Improvement VBS Office, responsible for managing and delivering continuous improvement programs that drive operational excellence and business growth. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution of initiatives, and support the achievement of strategic business objectives through effective project management and collaboration.

**Purpose:** To create a Vontier management system and build this into BAU as part of strategy and execution phases.

**Success Measurement:** The creation and deployment of a sustainable PMO program at the enterprise level.

This is a hybrid role. Preferred locations:

1) Raleigh, NC

2) Greensboro, NC

3) Remote

Key Responsibilities:

+ Plan, execute, and deliver continuous improvement projects/programs on time, within scope, and budget.

+ Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

+ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

+ Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and report status to leadership and stakeholders regularly.

+ Support the prioritization of continuous improvement initiatives based on business impact and strategic alignment.

+ Facilitate collaboration between Business Units, corporate functions, and the Continuous Improvement Office to maximize project outcomes.

+ Assist in change management activities related to VBS to promote adoption and sustainment of improvements.

+ Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project effectiveness and business impact.

+ Support the development and delivery of training materials and communications related to project initiatives.

+ Help foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and lessons learned across projects.

+ Connect tools and functional areas.

+ Deploy cultural initiatives.

+ Maintain and track the sustainable network of force multipliers through the VBS Expert Program, Ignite, and similar programs.

+ Ensure that individuals across the enterprise have the ability to self-serve when it comes to learning and understanding VBS tools and culture.

WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.

+ 3-5 years’ experience of project management with strong business acumen and ability to problem solve

+ Proven experience interacting with Sr Leaders/ Executives

+ Exceptional at leading and effecting change through influence; adept at change management

+ Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills

**Key Relationships:** BU/corporate function leaders, BU/ corporate function leadership, All VBSO leaders, any people within BU that have VBS as part of their role.

**Travel:** Pretty minimal (onsite support for events like Ignite kickoff, ECO logistics coordinator).
