Primary Responsibilities:
Support Systems and Hardware/FW team with technical consulation, design reviews, and new business development.
Provides technical solution definition, viability and adequacy
Supports architecture design and optimization activities, trades and analyses
Understand requirements, missions, use cases, and constraints
Since most of the tasks can be performed remotely except for in-person collaboration and classified work, this position will require less than 50% on site.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelor s Degree in a technical field and 20 years of relevant engineering experience
Subject Matter Expert with Link-16 Waveform
Proven ability to share and transfer technology across organizational boundaries to the benefit of our customers and the business
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Active DoD Top Secret clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
