Job Description
This role is on-site at one of the major manufacturing facilities for a large chemical manufacturing company that is a pioneer in the agricultural industry. It supports both site-level and company-wide procurement initiatives. We’re seeking a strategic and operational procurement leader to drive sourcing strategies, optimize supplier relationships, and support capital projects and turnaround planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep procurement expertise, cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset to improve cost, reliability, and compliance across the supply base.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or engineering
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills
• Familiarity with SAP, Ariba, and procurement systems
Experience managing proposals, developing proposal recommendations, negotiating and awarding the final contract and creating and executing supplier transition plans. Procurement or supply management certification.
