    Job Description

    We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with a strong background in building insightful, scalable, and user-friendly dashboards and reports. While experience with ThoughtSpot experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with solid expertise in Tableau or Power BI who are fast learners and have a proven ability to create complex, comprehensive reporting solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.

     

    Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.

     

    Optimize data models and queries to ensure performance and scalability.

     

    Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and availability.

     

    Support self-service analytics by enabling business users through training and documentation.

     

    Continuously improve reporting standards, templates, and best practices.

    Skills and Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    - 3+ years of experience in BI/reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.

     

    - Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot (e.g., Liveboards, SpotIQ, Worksheets).

     

    - Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling concepts.

     

    - Demonstrated ability to build complex dashboards and reports that drive business insights.

     

    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

     

    - Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications:

     

    - Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).

     

    - Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments.

     

    - Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, dbt) is a plus.
