Job Description

Provide technical expertise in Accela Civic Platform, including scripting and workflow configuration

Create and modify records and fields within Accela

Support and troubleshoot G-Wizard (G-Wiz) tools built on Accela

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Participate in meetings with stakeholders across Planning, Building, and ITD

Document processes and provide recommendations for system improvements

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience working directly with Accela Civic Platform

Hands-on experience with Accela scripting, workflows, and record management

Familiarity with G-Wizard / G-Wiz tools (preferred but not required)

Strong analytical and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Experience supporting government or public sector clients is a plus
