    Role Responsibilities:

    + Assist in analyzing and optimizing material flow and storage within the warehouse.

    + Support layout planning and implementation of lean manufacturing principles.

    + Collect and analyze data on inventory accuracy, space utilization, and material handling efficiency.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in warehouse operations.

    + Participate in development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    + Help implement digital tools or systems for tracking materials and improving visibility.

    + Conduct time studies and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    Role Purpose:

    + To support the manufacturing engineering team in improving warehouse operations through data-driven analysis, process optimization, and hands-on project work.

    + To gain practical experience in material handling, logistics, and lean manufacturing within a dynamic production environment.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any engineering field.

    + Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

    + Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    + Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Self-driven and proactive

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

    + Ability to communicate effectively at all levels

    + Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
