We're searching for a **Manager of Talent Attraction** who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and data-driven recruitment marketing.

What You’ll Do
As the **Manager of Talent Attraction** , you’ll lead our efforts to attract high-quality talent by:
+ **Support the development and activation of a compelling Associate Value Proposition (AVP)** that reflects our culture, mission, and the impact of our work across the country.
+ **Owning and optimizing our talent attraction strategy** across digital, social, and internal channels—aligned with hiring needs across retail, distribution, and corporate roles.
+ **Managing our career site hosted by Phenom** —ensuring it tells an engaging, personalized, and accessible story for every candidate who visits.
+ Partnering with our Talent Acquisition teams to drive campaigns that reach diverse talent pools and elevate Family Dollar’s brand presence.
+ **Using data and insights** to continuously improve our employer brand performance and campaign ROI.
+ Leading vendor relationships and working with creative partners on talent marketing assets, videos, content, and digital campaigns.
Who You Are
+ **Experienced in Talent Attraction or Recruitment Marketing** , ideally within retail, high-volume hiring, or consumer brands.
+ **Hands-on with Phenom (strongly preferred)** you know how to use its tools for personalization, automation, and candidate journey mapping.
+ CMS
+ Talent Companion
+ CRM
+ Analytics
+ You’ve built or refined an AVP and know how to turn values and mission into compelling messaging.
+ A creative strategist who also understands KPIs, campaign reporting, and recruitment funnel performance.
+ Skilled in managing projects, balancing stakeholders, and bringing bold ideas to life.
Bonus Points
+ Experience working with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS
+ Familiarity with programmatic job advertising platforms or CRM tools.
+ Background in employer brand measurement (Glassdoor, Indeed, candidate NPS, etc.)
