Overview
The Administrative Assistant supports the janitorial and facilities management team within the Manufacturing/Semiconductor industry. This role ensures smooth administrative operations, assists with scheduling and compliance, and provides excellent communication between staff, vendors, and ABM leaders and Client leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
+ Maintain records of janitorial staff schedules, attendance, and work orders.
+ Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence related to cleaning and maintenance activities.
+ Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and process purchase orders.
Scheduling & Coordination:
+ Assist in scheduling janitorial staff for daily and special events.
+ Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and supply deliveries.
Compliance & Documentation:
+ Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
+ Maintain documentation for inspections and compliance audits.
Communication:
+ Serve as a point of contact between janitorial staff, client administration, and external contractors.
+ Respond to inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.
Financial Support:
+ Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with budget monitoring for janitorial services.
Qualifications
+ Must have a Valid Start Driver's License
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
+ 1–2 years of administrative experience; facilities or janitorial experience a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Skills
+ Knowledge of cleaning standards and safety regulations.
+ Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
+ Familiarity with inventory management systems.
