    Sodexo is currently seeking a skilled and service-focused **Imaging Service Engineer III** for our HTM team at **Lowell General Hospital** in **Lowell, MA** . The Imaging Service Engineer III will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced imaging systems in a hospital environment, while ensuring a high level of customer service and equipment reliability.

    What You'll Do

    + Install, maintain, calibrate, and repair complex diagnostic imaging equipment, including but not limited to General X-Ray, Cath Lab, CT, C-Arms, Ultrasound, and Mammography systems.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using advanced diagnostic tools, test equipment, and software.

    + Collaborate closely with clinical staff and healthcare teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve equipment-related concerns.

    + Ensure all service activities are documented accurately within departmental tracking systems.

    + Maintain compliance with hospital, departmental, and regulatory standards.

    + Participate in an on-call rotation and provide emergency technical support when needed.

    + Support a safe, reliable clinical environment by minimizing equipment downtime and ensuring optimal device performance.

    What You Bring

    + Strong working knowledge of diagnostic imaging systems and their operation.

    + Demonstrated experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex imaging technologies.

    + Proficiency with common tools, test equipment, and imaging diagnostic software.

    + Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.

    + Experience collaborating with clinical teams and supporting end-users in a healthcare setting.

    + Associate degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; military training or OEM certifications are a strong plus.

    + Proven ability to manage documentation, service records, and workflow within HTM tracking systems.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years of imaging equipment repair and maintenance within a healthcare environment and/or entry level of formalized training and/or equivalent military training. Significant factory-level training of imaging equipment contributing to the effectiveness of the organization. Preferred CRES nationally
