    Role Overview

     

    Sodexo is seeking a **Culinary Director (Food Operations Manager 3)** for **Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center** (BIDMC) located in Boston, MA **. We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader to oversee production for both campuses at BIDMC.** In this role you will oversee 2 executive chefs and 2 sous chefs between both campuses and a team of about 30 hourly cooks.

    What You'll Do

    + manage menu planning for all areas including patient services, retail and catering.

    + successfully coordinate all required tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline staff

    + deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations

    + achieve company and client financial targets and goals

    + ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degreeor equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 3 yearswork experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
