    Synergy SpineCare & Rehabilitation Medicine, P.C. is a physiatrist-owned professional corporation which provides evaluations and treatments for spine, sports, musculoskeletal, disabling, and other painful conditions.Patients include people with everyday aches and pains, athletes, and car and work accident victims. Everyone we see is unique, and we take the time to listen and develop a proper diagnosis.

     

    We are a small, but well-organized practice offering flexibility and good HR/administrative support enabling docs to productively focus on the patients

     

    LOCATIONSNorth Bergen and Teaneck, NJDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES100% Outpatient PM&R – No CallFull-time or Part-timeConduct New/Established patient evaluations, Refer for diagnostic X-rays and/or MRI's, Develop treatment plans as indicated such as Physical therapy Prescriptions, Joint/Soft-tissue injections with/without ultrasound,Medication Prescriptions, Surgical/Specialist Referrals, Electrodiagnostic testing, Perform or Refer for Interventional Pain/Spine Procedures, Document with Electronic Health Records, etc.EDUCATION & TRAININGM.D./D.O.

     

    Board-Certified or Board-Eligible with American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR)Basic EMG skills or enthusiasm to hone skills with on-the-job mentorship MSK Ultrasound and/or Interventional skills a plus but not requiredSOFT SKILLSExceptional attention to detail.Wonderful bedside manner.Excellent communicator who can empathize with patients.Effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to understand the urgency of the needs of your patients.Organized, personable, compassionate.

     

    Bilingual or Willing to Work with Interpreter for non-English speaking patientsCOMPENSATION

     

    Base Salary hourly rate ~ 140-160/hr (PAID on W2 means no self-employment taxes!) depending on experience and skillset + Productivity Bonus! 401K w/company matchHealth Insurance availableMalpractice paid by practice to cover work done for practice.

    Position Requirements

    Education and Training Bachelor's degree in biology, physical sciences, or a related field.Doctor of Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.3 year internship / residency training, specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation or neurology. Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or Neurology. Valid and active New Jersey State medical license.
