• ILS Engineer/Test Engineer

    Job Details Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Review production data for accuracy and compliance

    + Create, control and revise ILS and technical documentation

    + Work within a collaborative environment

    Required Skills:

    + Associate’s degree in electrical engineering technology or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred

    + 1–3 years' experience in technical writing, electrical test and/or data review, preferably for military applications

    + Strong analytical abilities to conduct data reviews from test results

    + Skilled with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

    + Good organization skills and attention to detail

    + Ability to read electrical schematics and block diagrams

    + This position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization

    Desired Skills:

    + Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

    + Knowledge of automatic testing equipment

    + AutoCAD skills a plus

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).

    + Occasional walking through manufacturing areas, including exposure to moderate noise, machinery, and tools.

    + Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., parts, technical documentation, or test equipment).

    + Fine motor skills for handling small components and conducting detailed inspections or lab-based work.

    + Visual acuity to read detailed schematics, datasheets, and conduct component-level reviews or inspections.

     

    Compensation Information

     

    Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 USD (Annually)

     

    Please note, this is the expected compensation however, ESCO Maritime Solutions considers many factors in determining compensation prior to office, such as: responsibilities and scope of role, candidate's work experience and education related to position, applicable certifications or trainings, business and market conditions.
