    Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and lead a dynamic team while ensuring excellence across multiple communities.

    Your Role:

    + Oversee maintenance operations across the region

    + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians

    + Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations

    + Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts

    + Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 5+ years in maintenance leadership

    + Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

    + Leadership skills with a focus on team development

    + HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
