    What You’ll Do:

    Resident Engagement & Leadership

     

    + Be the primary on-site leader and point of contact for residents.

    + Resolve complex resident issues with professionalism and empathy.

     

    Community Operations & Financial Management

     

    + Oversee day-to-day operations, property inspections, and curb appeal.

    + Manage resident accounts, collections, and financial reporting.

    + Monitor occupancy and revenue to meet community goals.

     

    Team Development

     

    + Lead and coach on-site team members to deliver top-notch service.

    + Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of property management industry experience

    + Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills

    + Valid driver’s license

    If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
