    Founded in 1921, Straub Benioff Medical Center includes a 159-bed hospital in Honolulu, a network of neighborhood clinics and a visiting specialist program that reaches throughout the state of Hawai'i. With over 200 physicians who are leaders in their fields, Straub provides its patients with diagnoses and treatments for more than 32 different medical specialties, including bone and joint, heart, cancer, endocrinology/diabetes, family medicine, gastroenterology, geriatric medicine, internal medicine, vascular and urology. Straub is home to the Pacific Region’s only multidisciplinary burn treatment center. The hospital consistently brings new technologies and innovative medical practices to Hawai'i, such as minimally invasive cardiac surgery and total joint replacement.

     

    At the Lana‘i Family Health Center our services include: diagnosis and treatment of illness and injury for infants, children, adolescents and adults; periodic physical examinations and preventive health maintenance; pre-marital and gynecological examinations; minor surgical procedures; well-baby and well-child services and selected specialty consultations. The Administration team works to ensure that all these services are delivered and managed in an effective manner with friendly customer service.

     

    As the Environmental Services Technician, you will help to create a safe, comfortable and aesthetically pleasant environment. Your responsibilities include performing a variety of cleaning tasks and projects to maintain assigned areas of the medical clinic. We are looking for someone proactive and positive, with a strong sense of responsibility and protocol, strong communication and customer service skills, willingness to work with others in a team-oriented environment and a commitment to our vision of delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

    **Preferred Qualifications:** Six (6) months environmental services related experience in a hospital setting. Housekeeping or environmental services related experience.
