Responsibilities:
GENERAL PURPOSE:
Responsible for the daily operations, and resource support for Department training programs, supporting the educational, regulatory and strategic goals of the department. Plans the development of education programs/curriculum, onboarding, training, continuing education and competency. Implements daily operations and assists leadership in strategic plans for all professional training programs. Develops and implements educational material and curriculum.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develops and creates educational programs, including but not limited to, presentations, videos, on-line courses, teaching tools, handbooks, simulation scripts, newsletters, etc.
- Provides training through various modalities, including but not limited to, simulation, laboratory sessions, lectures, online, and asynchronous programs.
- Perform multidisciplinary quality assurance reviews and/or performance improvement plans.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience required
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
