Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $18 - $24 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as an Installer:

+ Be onsite and on time each day as instructed by the crew foreman

+ Assist in the installation of insulated metal panels (IMP), floor foam, ceiling panels, doors, and windows

+ Assist with finish detail such as trim, spray foam, caulking, bondo and paint

+ Work side-by-side with your team, setting the standard for quality installation and construction

+ Take direction and communicate effectively with Lead man/Foreman based on job needs

+ Use of basic hand tools and power tools such as impact drill, caulk gun, sawsall, snips, etc

+ May be asked to operate equipment such as scissor lift, boom lift, skytrak, etc

+ Work and communicate effectively in a team environment with crew and crew of other trades

+ Able to coordinate your own travel dates and expenses

**Requirements** :

+ At least 1-2 years experience with insulated metal panel installation (Preferred), sheet metal, carpentry, or any other construction related field.

+ Sharp attention to detail.

+ Ability to follow directions as instructed by foreman, supervisor, or management.

+ Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools(impact drill, snips, saws, etc.).

+ OSHA 10 and/or 30 is a plus (Preferred).

+ Experience with operating heavy equipment, especially aerial lifts(boom lift, scissor lift, skytrak), is a plus. Please provide certification if you have it.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act quickly when issues arise.

+ Willingness to travel nationwide for projects.

+ Must have a reliable vehicle.

+ Must be okay working an average of 50 hours per week.

+ Must be okay with physical requirements(standing for long periods, kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50+ lbs, working in heat, working in freezers/refrigerators, working at heights).

+ Must be willing to travel 75% of the time

+ Must be willing to work whole duration of job assignment

+ Background Check and drug screening required
