    Job Summary

    This position is responsible for **Management of Change (MOC)** activities at fabric converters, ensuring product integrity and compliance during process changes. The role involves close collaboration with **Application Development Scientists** , **Contract Operations Teams** , and the **Tyvek® Manufacturing Technology Team** , with occasional travel to converter sites.

    Primary Duties & Responsibilities

    + Lead MOC processes for fabric converters to maintain product performance and regulatory compliance.

    + Partner with internal teams and external converters to assess risks and implement changes effectively.

    + Translate technical properties into product features for customer-facing applications.

    + Conduct and oversee laboratory testing (internal and external) to validate material performance.

    + Support qualification plans, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Maintain documentation for SOPs and compliance audits.

     

    Education & Experience

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, or related field.

    + Hands-on experience in lab testing and material evaluation.

    + Familiarity with fabric conversion processes (extrusion coating, coating, lamination) and technical property analysis.

    + 5+ years of work experience in a similar role

    + Strong collaboration and communication abilities.

    + Ability to translate technical data into practical product features.

    + Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

    + Willingness to travel to fabric converters as needed
