Responsibilities include:
+ Collaborate with and support the CEO Communications teamto position Delta’s CEO as a thought leader, humanize the individual with keyaudiences and position the CEO as the public face of the Delta global brand.
+ Compile executive briefingmaterial for events, videos, interviews and other CEO communications activities,including relevant background, talking points, and logistics information.
+ Create and maintain weekly communicationsupdates and reports to senior leaders, including the CEO.
+ Collaborate with the CEO’s executive staff on schedulingand logistics for communications-related events and deliverables and assistingin prioritizing executive time.
+ Support the CEO Communications team to identify keyopportunities in public engagement; traditional, digital and emerging media;public speaking; and other opportunities to present the CEO as a thought leaderand visionary in the travel industry and in business generally.
+ Support the team on internal CEO communications,including employee engagement, internal videos and memo, Town Halls, companyevents and other employee-facing opportunities.
+ Provide advance prep and in-person, day-of support forthe CEO on communications events, including media appearances, public speakingand employee engagements.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Bachelor'sdegree in the field of communications or marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
+ Experiencein executive communications and support at the C-suite level is beneficial.Strong executive presence is essential.
+ Best-in-classwriting and editing skills.
+ Abilityto work quickly under deadline pressure.
+ Abilityto navigate a highly-matrixed, complex organization, develop strong peerrelationships and challenge the status quo while driving alignment.
+ Demonstratecreativity, innovation and industry knowledge in every assignment.
+ Abilityto thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
+ Strongorganizational skills with a quality and results-oriented approach.
+ Consistentlyprioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embracesdiverse people, thinking, and styles.
+ Possessesa high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Isat least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ Experiencein executive communications.
+ Communicationsexperience supporting a major brand with a global presence.
+ Experiencein using PR tools such as Cision and TV Eyes.
