What You’ll Do

As a **Sr Engineer Technical Operations** , you will:

+ Design and develop manufacturing processes that align with company strategies and regulatory requirements.

+ Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.

+ Collaborate with R&D, New Product Introduction, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to drive process improvements.

+ Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of designs, processes, test methods, and data analysis.

+ Provide technical support to suppliers and vendors, including site visits and implementation of process improvements.

+ Develop proposals and cost estimates for projects and process enhancements.

+ Mentor and provide guidance to engineers and project team members.

+ Communicate business-related issues or opportunities to management.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Process preferred).

+ 4–5 years of experience in engineering

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean tools/methodologies.

+ Solid project management and business/financial acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Familiarity with FDA and other regulatory guidelines.

+ Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SolidWorks, Ideas).

+ Experience with PCB design software (e.g., OrCAD, Altium).

+ Strong presentation skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
