    Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking an AXI Technician Programmer to join their team. As an AXI Technician Programmer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance and Production Support departments supporting manufacturing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** AXI Technician Programmer

    **Location:** Milpitas, CA

    **Pay Range:** $37.00-$39.00/hr

    **Shift:** Day Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Program AXI systems for complex PCB assemblies using Agilent 5DX and Omron 5DX platforms.

    + Create and update inspection programs for NPI PCAs and revisions for production PCAs.

    + Coordinate with vendors for equipment breakdowns, service, and calibration to ensure optimal machine performance.

    + Analyze inspection results, identify defects, and refine programs to improve accuracy and yield.

    + Maintain detailed logs of PCA revisions, program completions, and archive inspection data for future reference.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Strong knowledge of Agilent 5DX and Omron 5DX systems, with the ability to program and troubleshoot effectively.

    + Minimum of 3-4 years hands-on experience in creating AXI or AOI programs, with offline programming experience preferred.

    + Experience working with CAMCAD and AXI interfaces, with a solid understanding of PCB inspection standards.

    + Associate degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience (minimum 6 years).

    + Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word and MS Excel for reporting and documentation.
