    Our client, an industry leader in aerospace manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking an Aerospace Quality Engineer to join their team. As an Aerospace Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Aerospace Quality Engineer

    **Location:** Phoenix, AZ

     

    Pay Range: $40/hr plus OT, benefits

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Drive continuous improvement by analyzing production data and recommending corrective actions.

    + Lead strategic corrective/preventive action projects and manage audits to ensure compliance with aerospace standards.

    + Collaborate with customers and suppliers to maintain world-class quality standards.

    + Implement and revise technical quality assurance protocols to meet evolving industry requirements.

    + Conduct internal audits and support external audits for ISO9001, AS9100, and AS13000 certifications.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor's degree in a related field.

    + At least 2 years of experience in Repair & Overhaul / OEM Manufacturing.

    + Auditing experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 D standards.

    + Experience with ERP/SAP systems and RCCA/CAPA/8D methodologies.

    + Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
