Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Jr Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Jr Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting process improvement initiatives and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

+ Assist in creating and maintaining standard work documentation for manufacturing processes.

+ Support process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.

+ Develop reports to track manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.

+ Learn and understand various manufacturing processes to contribute effectively to the team.

+ Collaborate with team members to implement safety and quality standards across manufacturing operations.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or technology.

+ Experience or coursework related to manufacturing engineering or process improvement.

+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with engineering software tools.

+ Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
