As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle and remaining visible to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential disruptions at the location.

+ Monitor the premises, including studios and media production areas, to help to deter suspicious behavior and/or unauthorized access.

+ Document and report security-related incidents and/or unusual activities according to Allied Universal and client procedures.

+ Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with access control and provide information as needed.

+ Collaborate with onsite staff and emergency personnel as required to address incidents or emergencies.

+ Remain alert and aware of surroundings to help to deter potential risks within the tech, media, and telecom environment.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
