Adecco is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Fiduciary Tax Services team. This role is essential for maintaining smooth operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client service.
+ Location: Onsite in Providence, RI
+ Pay Rate: $24.93 per hour
+ Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Fiduciary Tax Services team.
+ Ensure all administrative tasks align with client service standards and regulatory compliance.
+ Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners.
+ Manage risk by promptly identifying, reporting, and escalating any issues.
+ Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely delivery of results.
Qualifications:
+ 1+ years of professional administrative support experience.
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (required).
+ Demonstrated commitment to a customer service-focused approach.
+ Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
+ A positive attitude and a willingness to be taught and learn specialized tax administrative skills
+ Prior experience in Tax administration is a significant plus.
+ Education in Accounting or Finance (degree preferred).

**Pay Details:** $24.93 per hour
