**Start Pay Rate:** $20.00/hour

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 2:15 PM – 10:15 PM

Job Description

The Oven Operator is responsible for wrapping aluminum products in a wood-grain film and preparing them for the baking process, which applies the wood-grain pattern through sublimation.

Key Responsibilities

+ Unwrap bundles of coated product.

+ Clean and inspect products for damage, scratches, or other defects.

+ Repeatedly lift products from bundles onto the conveyor for the bagging process.

+ Remove bagged product from the conveyor and place it onto oven trolleys.

+ Ensure bags are sealed tightly with no seams, lines, or wrinkles to ensure proper sublimation.

+ Place trolleys into ovens and monitor the baking process.

+ Remove bags from sublimated products.

+ Unload finished products and stack them on carts for packing.

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Required Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to lift and handle products repeatedly.

+ Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

+ Willingness to assist in other departments as needed.

+ Strong attendance and reliability.

+ Good communication skills.

+ High attention to detail.

+ Strong hand dexterity.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per week
