What's the role?
As a Senior Manager, B2B Applications Sales, you will be Responsible for leading Liberty’s applications and cybersecurity sales strategy, driving ICT revenue growth, expanding the sales pipeline, and developing the team to deliver integrated ICT solutions. This specialized sales leadership role oversees Applications & Cybersecurity Consultants and specialist sellers, ensuring Liberty maintains a competitive position in enterprise solutions and mobile services while contributing to overall B2B revenue growth.
How can you add value?
Essential Duties and Accountabilities, but are not limited to the following:
+ Define and implement Liberty’s cybersecurity and applications sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
+ Oversee the handled services portfolio to ensure competitiveness, innovation, and alignment with evolving customer requirements.
+ Support RFP/RFI responses, customer proposals, and executive-level presentations.
+ Act as Business Development Manager for ICT products, identifying new market opportunities across key sectors.
+ Collaborate with Product Teams to develop go-to-market strategies, bundles, and campaigns for ICT and mobile solutions.
+ Partner with Marketing on customer engagement programs, events, and campaigns.
+ Advise Product Teams on strategic technology partnerships, providing insights on partner engagement, joint strategies, and market opportunities.
+ Evaluate and leverage partner programs, certifications, incentives, and joint funding opportunities to enhance competitive positioning.
+ Collaborate with vendors and Product Teams on product launches, demos, and enablement programs for sales teams.
+ Provide coaching and subject-matter expertise to internal teams to improve vendor relationships and solution adoption.
+ Participate in vendor-led events, industry summits, and technology showcases to identify emerging products and opportunities.
+ Support enterprise mobility adoption with an emphasis on security, scalability, and reliability, ensuring integration with ICT and cybersecurity solutions.
+ Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty Latin America’s policies and procedures including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.
+ Other functions may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise and provide mentorship to a group of employees in the Business Department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and focusing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
What do you need?
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Technology, or related field; master’s preferred.
6-9 years of experience in B2B sales, applications, cybersecurity, or ICT solutions, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Other Qualifications
+ Fully bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
+ Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and strong accountability.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Validated ability to lead and coach technical and sales teams in complex solution selling.
+ Strong understanding of managed services, enterprise ICT, cybersecurity, and mobile solutions.
+ Excellent consultative selling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
+ Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing sales pipelines.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
