Adecco is hiring immediately for this temp-to-hire Assembly Technician job with one of Everett's leading employers in Everett, WA. Weekly pay starting at $20.24 - $22.24 per hour and competitive benefits with options such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). We have openings on two shifts and can help you find the best shift to fit your schedule.

These Assembly Technician jobs require a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience and a High School Diploma/GED as well as the ability to read, speak, and write English for safety and training purposes. Candidates must also have basic computer skills, be familiar with the use of hand and power tools and be able to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams. The ability to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. is also a required skill! As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling small, precision components using hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment in a cleanroom or cell-based production environment. You'll read blueprints, perform detailed inspections and testing to ensure product quality, and maintain accurate labeling and packaging of finished goods.

**Pay Details:** $20.24 to $22.24 per hour
