    In this role, you will be involved in nearly every step of the flexographic printing process — from prepping inks and loading film rolls to performing quality checks and supporting press changeovers, all while working alongside experienced operators and learning hands-on every day.

    Requirements:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + No prior experience required — we’ll provide full training for the right candidate

    + Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and production equipment

    + Familiarity with safety protocols, quality tools, and ISO standards

    + Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills

    + Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Willingness to work overtime when needed

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $21.50 per hour
