Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician
Adecco is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic/Electrician to support overnight operations in Deer Park, Tx. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems to keep production running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
+ Work safely and maintain a clean, orderly work area; PPE required (bump cap, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs, gloves, safety shoes or rubber boots).
+ Document work and communicate with operations and quality teams using CMMS.
+ Perform preventive maintenance (PM) inspections and verifications on control components.
+ Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related issues.
+ Execute advanced electrical tasks:
+ Use voltage and Ohm meters for troubleshooting.
+ Read and interpret electrical schematics.
+ Replace I/O modules in PLCs.
+ Program ladder logic, upload/download PLC and HMI applications.
+ Configure network communications and Ethernet protocols.
+ Run conduit, pull wire, and replace starters, relays, switches, and fuses.
+ Maintain calibration of measuring instruments and plant equipment.
+ Perform mechanical repairs: dismantle components, cut/key shafts, weld stainless steel, fabricate parts, and replace gear heads.
+ Assist with equipment setup, teardown, and installation of new plant equipment.
+ Train production employees on equipment care and preventive maintenance techniques.
Qualifications
+ Strong experience in electrical troubleshooting and PLC programming.
+ Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
+ Skilled in welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs.
+ Familiarity with CMMS systems.
+ Commitment to safety and continuous skill development.

**Pay Details:** $38.00 per hour
