**Job Title:** Finishing Technician – Bead Blasting

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated Finishing Technicians to join our Finishing Department for a leading medical manufacturer located in Largo, Florida. This role will initially focus on bead blasting small metal components to achieve precise and consistent surface finishes. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are essential to supporting high-quality medical-grade production.

Training & Requirements

Comprehensive training will be provided on all bead blasting processes. Ideal candidates will have:

+ Experience reading basic technical drawings, **and/or**

+ The ability to follow detailed work instructions, including visual/photo-based guidelines.

+ **Machining experience preferred.**

+ Reliability, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

+ **Ability to stand throughout the duration of the shift**

+ **Ability to work overtime as needed**

+ **Steel-toe shoes required**

**Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour
