Adecco is currently assisting one of its top tech clients in their search for an **Field Service Technician** working in **CHICAGO IL 60603 (Onsite)**
Pay Range:- $12 - 15/ Hour
Shift availability: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
_Job Summary_
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Field Service Technician. This entry-level role involves acquiring job skills and becoming familiar with company policies and procedures to complete routine assignments. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of technical aspects of the job and work on tasks that are routine in nature, following detailed instructions provided by the supervisor.
Responsibilities
+ Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, following established procedures.
+ Perform installations, reinstallations, maintenance, and repairs on customer equipment.
+ Deliver standard services and ensure customer product needs are met using available resources.
+ Complete reporting and administrative functions accurately.
+ Manage time effectively and allocate tasks as directed by the supervisor.
Education & Experience
+ Minimum: High School Diploma, Vocational School, or equivalent certification.
Knowledge & Skills
+ Basic understanding of relevant products and company policies.
+ Moderately basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
+ Strong oral and telephone communication skills.
+ Ability to systematically gather information, identify needs, and solve problems following instructions.
+ Ability to maintain positive relationships with customers, peers, and support partners.
+ Effective interaction and communication at the operational level.
+ Time management and organizational skills.
Work Environment
+ Routine assignments with detailed instructions.
+ Limited judgment required; minimal problem resolution.

**Pay Details:** $11.00 to $15.00 per hour
