Senior Producer – Media Production
**Location:** Parsippany, NJ 07054 (Hybrid 4:1 schedule)
**Hours:** 30 hours/week (schedule varies with production)
**Pay:** $70–$75/hour (Temp)
**Travel:** 50% within the US
About the Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Producer with strong film/video experience—television background preferred. You’ll lead productions and campaign shoots (15–20 people), oversee on-set operations, manage budgets, and ensure seamless collaboration between production teams and clients. This role requires travel to various US locations, often within an hour of HQ, but flexibility for longer trips is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee video & photo productions from pre- to post-production.
+ Manage budgets, schedules, and crew for shoots.
+ Act as on-set liaison between clients and production teams.
+ Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Project Management teams.
+ Develop shot lists and production plans aligned with budgets and timelines.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ 4+ years in media production
+ Strong communication and diplomatic skills
+ Proven leadership on video productions
+ Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
+ Proficient in Google Suite
**Pay Details:** $70.00 to $75.00 per hour
