    Adecco is seeking a **full-time Customer Service Representative** to join a growing healthcare supply team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping patients, communicating with healthcare providers, and working in a fast-paced, e-commerce-style environment. **Medical experience is preferred but not required.** **Bilingual Spanish** candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

     

    About the Role

     

    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and medical offices. You’ll assist individuals preparing for procedures by providing order updates, tracking information, and product guidance. No medical records are handled in this role. This position is **100% in-person** at the Englewood Cliffs office.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

    + Manage inbound calls, emails, and support requests professionally.

    + Look up tracking numbers and order details (similar to an e-commerce workflow).

    + Enter orders, collect insurance information, and assist with product questions.

    + Collaborate with warehouse/operations to ensure orders ship accurately and on time.

    + Maintain accurate documentation and internal records.

    + Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.

    + Support general administrative and clerical tasks.

    Requirements

    + **Medical or healthcare office experience preferred (not required).**

    + **Bilingual Spanish is a strong plus.**

    + Strong computer skills (MS Excel, email platforms, data entry).

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    + Professional, patient, and solutions-driven mindset.

    + Ability to learn new software quickly.

    Preferred Skills (Not Required)

    + Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Square, or JotForm

    + Familiarity with orthopedics

    **Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
