Job Posting: Fitter/Welder – Cutters USA

**Location:** Owasso, OK

**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with some Saturdays & overtime)

**Pay:** $25–$32/hour (based on weld test results)

About the Role

Cutters USA is seeking experienced **Fitter/Welders** to join our team in Owasso, OK. This position offers competitive pay based on weld test performance, steady hours, and opportunities for overtime. Weld Test & Pay Structure

+ **Option 1:** 3G weld test on a plate using MIG & Flux

+ **Option 2:** 6G pipe test using MIG & Flux

+ **Pass one test:** Earn $25+ per hour

+ **Pass both tests:** Earn up to $32 per hour

Weld tests are available Monday–Friday (morning or afternoon). Tests are X-rayed, with results in 24–48 hours.

Responsibilities

+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications

+ Fit and assemble metal parts using welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Flux, Sub Arc)

+ Perform layout, cutting, grinding, and finishing of materials

+ Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

+ Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

+ Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements

+ Proven experience as a fitter/welder

+ Ability to pass weld tests (3G plate and/or 6G pipe)

+ Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays

+ Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Compensation

+ $25–$32/hour depending on weld test results

+ Overtime opportunities available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collinsville, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
