    Job Title: Quality Technician

    Job Description

    As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of products by inspecting materials and maintaining meticulous quality logs. Your expertise in interpreting blueprints, operating measuring equipment, and programming CMMs will be essential.

    Responsibilities

    + Inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.

    + Program and operate CMM using Pc-Dmis software.

    + Record and maintain all quality logs accurately.

    + Reduce scrap by conducting accurate first-off line inspections and monitoring machine outputs for quality.

    + Operate a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) efficiently.

    Essential Skills

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

    + Experience working with measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, and verniers.

    + A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality role.

    + Proficiency in CMM programming and operation.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Strong mathematical and trigonometry skills.

    + Experience with Windows Office applications, including Excel.

    + Familiarity with ISO 9002 standards.

    Work the A shift from 7am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Enjoy a collaborative work environment with potential opportunities for career advancement.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $66560.00/yr.
