Immediately interviewing and hiring Maintenance Mechanic in Montgomery County, PA on 1st shift. Offering overtime, weekly pay and benefits.
**Job Description:** As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining high-speed manufacturing production equipment. You will address maintenance problems and perform maintenance activities under the direction of plant management to troubleshoot, repair, and continually improve operations. Your work will involve tasks on palletizers, stamping machines, hoppers, and mixers, as well as performing hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
+ Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, repairs, installations, troubleshooting, and adjustments to machinery and equipment.
+ Maintain scheduled calibration of production equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
+ Use hand tools, cutting torches, welders (stick welder), and grinders to perform maintenance activities, repairs, and fabricate parts.
+ Troubleshoot electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to identify issues and recommend solutions for repair.
+ Assist in the addition of new processes and equipment.
+ Support manufacturing machine operators as needed to start up the plant.
Skills/Qualifications:
+ At least 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, preventive maintenance, repair, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
+ Heavy industrial maintenance - ideally within concrete, aggregate, rebar, building products, or other related manufacturers.
+ Mechanical and electrical experience working with 480V, 3-phase power.
+ Stick welding experience. Mig welding and Tig welding skills are advantageous.

**First Shift:** 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with potential overtime on Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parker Ford, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
