    Job Title: General Laborer** **Job Description

     

    Join a dynamic geo-technical contractor that specializes in designing and installing specialty foundation elements and ground improvement techniques. Engage in commercial, civil, and industrial projects that include earth retention molds and sculpting.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform general site cleanup and digging trenches.

    + Move hoses and drill piping around the site.

    + Spot equipment and perform compacting tasks.

    + Use shovels and engage in rebar work.

    + Mount wood lagging boards and clean equipment.

    + Regularly move items weighing over 75 lbs.

    Essential Skills

    + At least 1 year of experience in general construction, agriculture, dirt work, welding, concrete, or landscaping.

    + Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.

    + Experience in operating forklifts and skid steers.

    + Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 50% of the time.

    + Comfortable with night work, which constitutes 10% of duties.

    + Ability to work 5-6 days a week for 10 hours per day.

    Work Environment

    Work is conducted in diverse locations, covering the Rocky Mountain region, Kansas, North Dakota to Texas, and as far as Louisiana. Employees start their days with a safety orientation and receive tasks from their supervisors. The position requires a high level of physical activity and resilience in various weather conditions, with a standard 50-hour work week.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salt Lake City, UT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
