    Job Title: Maintenance Electrician $34+

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our equipment. This role involves working with electrical systems ranging from 120v to 480v, diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems, and complying with safety standards such as LOTO and SDS. You will be responsible for maintaining equipment according to our Preventative Maintenance program and assisting in other work areas as needed.

    Responsibilities

    + Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

    + Perform maintenance on electrical systems ranging from 120v to 480v.

    + Maintain equipment in accordance with the Preventative Maintenance program.

    + Complete and maintain paperwork for maintenance performed.

    + Assist in other work areas as directed by the department supervisor.

    + Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other necessary equipment.

    + Comply with all plant safety and environmental regulations.

    + Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.

    + Perform emergency/reactive repairs on production equipment to minimize downtime.

    + Keep work areas and equipment clean and orderly.

    + Inspect completed maintenance and document results.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.

    + Knowledge of electrical systems from 120v to 480v.

    + Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical problems.

    + Understanding of LOTO and SDS safety standards.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Welding and fabrication experience.

    + Machining experience.

    + Experience with VFDs, servo, and PLC troubleshooting.

    + Skills in preventive maintenance, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation.

    + Experience with heavy equipment and fabrication.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
