    Description

    Perform the repair of medical Endoscopes in accordance with company procedures and work instructions.

     

    Adherence to established repair and material control policies, procedures, and work instructions in compliance with ISO quality standards.

     

    Repair, assembly, and function testing of medical Endoscopes.

     

    Aid in the diagnosis and service of medical Endoscopes.

     

    Comply with ISO quality standards including capturing data for analysis and reporting concerns to the customer service team.

     

    Report any malfunctioning or damaged parts, equipment, or tooling to management.

     

    Perform other tasks when requested by management / supervisor on as needed basis.

     

    Represent the Company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all respects.

     

    Will be working in at a bench set up testing and repairing endoscopes (small/large diameter). They have 3 departments that are hiring right now - Rigid Endoscopes, Flexible Endoscopes and Optical Repair.

     

    All new hires complete a 6 month training programming to learn how to test the scopes when they first arrive and write up work orders/quotes that are sent to the clients for approval. They are working with very small parts and performing repair work on the endoscopes and testing. They are very small and this requires a lot of tedious repetitive task on the scopes.

     

    They start off by learning do winding work and start with level 1 tasks and build up to level 4 then mastertech.

    - very small lenses repairs and need to be comfortable working with small parts

    Either 2+ years of experience or Associates Degree ( no degree is required)

     

    Experience working with jewelry or watch repair could be a fit.

     

    that shows you have worked with small components (IE: phone repair, laptop repair)

     

    Will be doing calibration, repair, testing and troubleshooting.

     

    target pay for entry level is $20-21/hr.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wellington, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
