• Utility Worker – Food Processing Plant

**Location:** Bloomington, MN

**Schedule:** 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time | Union | Direct Placement

• About the Role

We’re seeking hardworking **Utility Workers** to join our food processing team. This role is the backbone of plant operations—keeping facilities clean, safe, and efficient. You’ll start as a laborer/utility worker, with opportunities to train into higher-paying positions across multiple departments.

•️ Key Responsibilities

+ Clean assigned floors or areas daily across a six-floor mill

+ Operate vacuums and other equipment to maintain cleanliness

+ Shovel product piles and perform other physical labor tasks

+ Support a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

• Essential Skills

+ 1+ year of general or physical labor experience

+ Ability to lift 75 lbs continuously

+ **Must be bilingual in English and Spanish**

+ **Strong communication skills**

• Preferred Qualifications

+ 1+ year of manufacturing janitorial experience

+ Background in loading and packaging

+ Additional Spanish fluency beyond conversational level is a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.69 - $23.69/hr.
